Amy Adams attended a charity screening of her new film The Fighter in New York at the weekend. Amy looked super chic in a plunging neckline black dress from the new spring collection by Roland Mouret. On first glance this design looks like a simple black dress but as with many of Roland Mouret’s designs it’s all in the detail; on the back an open section adds a dose of glamour to the classic look.

The Tron: Legacy publicity machine came to London last night where a glitzy film premiere took place in Leicester Square. The film’s female star Olivia Wilde (you may remember her as Marissa’s girlfriend in The OC) attended in a black sequinned asymmetric dress from the fall collection by Giorgio Armani teamed with Stella McCartney shoes.
Whilst there is nothing actually wrong with this look, it doesn’t really blow you away and from Olivia we have seen some fab looks from Michael Kors, Monique Lhuillier and Roland Mouret. Earlier last week Olivia was in Japan for the Tron:Legacy premiere. For the event Olivia went for a much more high fashion look in a suit by Stella McCartney teamed with Brian Atwood heels. We have seen a few androgynous suit looks this week from Leighton Meester and Winona Ryder but Olivia’s is one of the best.

If we didn’t know before that Eva Mendes has THE perfect body, this week she has made sure we are aware. In a parade of dresses that included Christian Dior, Roland Mouret and Jason Wu, Eva showed off her enviable curves.
Her most recent outing at the closing night of the Toronto International Film Festival Eva wowed the crowds in a black floor-length brocade dress from the fall collection of Andrew Gn. Eva is showing virtually no flesh but is still absolutely smouldering in this demure design.

Eva Mendes has embarked on a fashion frenzy for the promotional tour for her new movie The Other Guys. Starting out in Russia Eva made a public appearance that wowed onlookers in a figure hugging copper dress by Roland Mouret.
Next up the Moscow premiere alongside her co-stars; Eva chose a girlier look in a deep-v pastel patterned gown from the resort collection of Jason Wu. Finally in London an emerald green Prada halterneck dress with a floral Prada clutch concluded the high-fashion tour.

Some dresses have an almost magnetic appeal to the female celebrity, think Roland Mouret’s Galaxy or Herve Leger’s bandage dresses. The latest number to hit the celebrity circuit is Alexander McQueen’s angular shouldered crepe dress.
First seen in purple on the Spice Girl’s Emma Bunton. Then the sultry actress Salma Hayek chose the very same number for an appearance on David Letterman and than just this weekend Anna Paquin chose a black version for an Emmys afterparty!

What’s not to love about this little number? Capped shoulders to compliment arms, a v-neck to show off a bust and wrap detailing to emphasise waist and minimise hips. The purple version is available to buy right now at Net-a-porter and will set you back £1,245.

Former Pussycat’s Doll’s lead singer Nicole Scherzinger has been making fashion headlines arriving at tapings of the X-Factor in an array of super stylish looks. She was spotted outside her hotel in London today in yet another stunning ensemble.
Nicole wore a black strapless design from the autumn collection of British designer William Tempest. The young designer is fast making a name for himself having dressed many A-list celebrities including Victoria Beckham, Leona Lewis and Emma Watson. Nicole’s look is a perfect example of Tempest’s style; think classic Roland Mouret tailoring mixed in with an edgy twist.
