Katherine Jenkins was the belle of the ball at yesterday’s Cartier Polo, the Welsh opera singer with a penchant for fabulous designer dresses chose the white asymmetric ruffle dress by Lanvin.

The dress comes from the spring/summer collection and has already been seen a number of times on the red carpet. Michelle Williams wore the dress for the Shutter Island premiere and Kim Cattrall chose the same look for the Laurence Olivier awards in London.

Also in attendance at the Cartier Polo was Cat Deeley who looked pretty in a vintage long maxi dress with a Balenciaga bag. Geri Halliwell who is a regular at the event in Windsor Great Park looked cute in a little blue mini dress by Herve Leger teamed with gold Christian Louboutins.

Singer Paloma Faith went for her trade mark alternative look with an oversized hat by Philip Treacy (a favourite of Sarah Jessica Parker) and a floral print shift dress by Dolce and Gabbana.
