It’s here! The long anticipated day has finally arrived, right now girls all around the world are teaming up and settling down for the latest Sex and the City movie. On the eve of the films release the girls headed to London for a dazzling red carpet appearance.

Firstly Sarah Jessica Parker, the actress chose the London premiere to pay tribute to her long time friend Alexander McQueen. Sarah looked stunning in a puff ball gown from McQueen’s spring 2008 collection. She paired the dress with Alexander McQueen pumps, a Philip Treacy hat and a black diamante armband as a mark of respect. We have always loved Sarah but we love her a little more for making such a poignant tribute.

Next up Cynthia Nixon. Cynthia is not known as the most fashionable of the four girls on or off screen. However last night in a teal gown from Narcisso Rodriguez with her newly fitted hair extensions she was the epitome of Sex and the City glamour.

Kim Cattrall toned down her look from the New York premiere in an elegant vintage gown by Thierry Mugler. Kim has nailed the old school Hollywood look with chic Marilyn Monroe hair, red lips and a sprinkling of Fred Leighton jewels.

Finally Kristin Davis. Unfortunately Kristin’s look goes down as a fashion fail in our books. She chose a gold vintage Norman Norell gown. It is not easy to pull of gold sequins in such abundance (generally gold sequins only work well as mini dresses) in addition the neck of the gown seems ill fitted, a plunging v-neck would have worked better.
